Qualification Required: B.E.(Civil) / MBA in a relevant field(e.g. Planning, Management and Finance) degree awarded after 16-Year of education or equivalent qualification(s) awarded by an HEC recognized University / Institution and no 3rd Division in the academic record.

Experience Required: At-least 17-years experience in post BPS-17 or equivalent to BPS-17 and above in relevant field in a University/ Higher degree awarding Institute/ Government/ Semi-government/ Autonomous body OR A minimum of (10) years of experience in post BPS-17 or equivalent to BPS-17 and above in the relevant field in University/higher degree Awarding Institute / Government/Semi-government / autonomous body, (preferably in the public sector). The candidate should be proficient in planning, project management, having good idea of financial management, audit related issues, civil engineering works, SPPRA rules and regulations related to the procurement/ procedures of tendering, evaluation reports, execution, monitoring etc and PC-I.
